  • “Trip Template”: A curated travel itinerary created by Ambassadors and approved by Admins
  • “Location”: A physical business or point of interest (restaurant, hotel, museum, etc.) managed by Vendors
  • “Commission”: Earnings paid to Ambassadors for discount code referrals or trip template sales
  • “Content”: Any text, images, reviews, trip templates, location information, or other materials posted on the Platform
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use iTravelFree. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or allow registration by individuals under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their information.

3.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Verify your email address and, if applicable, phone number
  • Keep your password secure and confidential

  • Customize trip templates by selecting locations for each day
  • Leave reviews and ratings for locations and trips
  • Use discount codes provided by Ambassadors
Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Respect intellectual property rights of trip creators
  • Use trip information responsibly (we are not liable for trip quality)
  • Leave honest, constructive reviews (no spam, harassment, or false information)
Refund Policy:

4.2 Vendors

  • Understand tax obligations: You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes
  • Report earnings to tax authorities as required by law (e.g., 1099 forms for US Ambassadors)

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing

All payments for trip template purchases are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Pricing and Currency

  • Quality of Ambassador trip templates
  • Truthfulness of Customer reviews
  • Disputes between Users
11.5 Limitation of Liability
